Dear Providers,

First and foremost, as healthcare providers during this unprecedented and uncertain time, we thank you for your commitment to the health and well-being of your patients and communities you serve.

We wanted to take a moment to let you and your office staff know that we continue monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and taking all recommended precautions to keep our staff safe.

We feel that as an extension of your operations as health care professionals we are an essential business and will remain open and fully operational. 

While we understand this is an ever-evolving situation and additional restrictions may be imposed, we have taken the appropriate measures that enable our staff to work remotely.  As a result, it is critical to monitor your email/voicemail closely.

Please work with your account managers to ensure all work is being sent and received in the appropriate and most efficient manner, so that we can continue the revenue stream essential to your practice.

We have been notified that several disciplines are able to provide care via TeleHealth/TeleMed with certain relaxed HIPAA technology restrictions.  We recommend that you reach out to your respective Boards to determine if/what options are available to you and provide us with the necessary information to bill accordingly.
